Shipping
Shipping time/ All orders are being shipped out within 48 hours, with track and trace and insurance at flat rate. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Netherlands 1 – 2 days
Belgium 1 – 3 days
Germany 2 – 4 days
Rest of Europe 6 – 9 days
Rest of the world 10 – 14 days
Please keep in mind that due to the current situation there could be a delay in your package.
Shipping costs /Â Please take a look at the check out, the shipping price will be calculated automatically after you have inserted the shipping country. We stick with prices of postNL (National Post) that change regularly.
We take full responsibility on shipping until the parcel reaches you. If there are any problems, please contact us within 7 days after you have received the order.

Returns
Returns /Â If you change your mind or are dissatisfied with the purchased goods, it is possible to return the item(s) you ordered within 14 days following the delivery of your order. Please note that all sale items are final sales and may not be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonÂrefundable.
Refund /Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
